We believe that the protection of your personal data is essential. Therefore, if we process your personal data, we do so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (AVG).
1. Who.
This Privacy Statement governs the processing of personal data by the data controller Prihoda, limited liability company, with registered office at B-8520 Kuurne, Pieter Verhaeghestraat 20, with company number VAT BE0448 879 970, and whose contact person/officer is Mr Toon Van Overschelde (gdpr@prihoda.pro). Prihoda respects your privacy. If you use this website or otherwise provide us with personal information, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Prihoda complies with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data. It is hereby the controller of the processing of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data?
Through this website, personal data are collected via the contact form. In doing so, you may be asked to enter your name (first name and/or family name), company name and e-mail address.
- Your first and/or family name, in order to address you correctly;
- Company: to verify that you are a professional (the company only sells B2B)
- E-mail address: to confirm your enquiry and provide you with an answer; as a customer, you may also receive a newsletter.
Furthermore, the company also collects from its customers and suppliers, apart from the above-mentioned data, the complete contact and invoicing data, order history and mutual communication. 3. What are the data used for?
The data are used to carry out the contractually agreed activities. In doing so, the data may be passed on to a processor, who assists us in performing our tasks. We currently use the following processors with regard to customer and supplier data: IT partner, software applications, website host,....
Email advertising without newsletter sign-up
These are sent under legitimate interest, and thus without prior consent. We use your e-mail address / electronic data obtained as part of your purchase or application to inform you about our own similar products / services. An opt-out is offered on every newsletter to unsubscribe. Data is not traded, sold, rented or passed on to third parties, non-processors. On rare occasions, Prihoda may be required to disclose your personal data pursuant to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations. Prihoda will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance in this regard, unless subject to legal restrictions.
Personal data are kept and processed by Prihoda for a period necessary in function of the purposes of the processing and in function of the contractual relationship between Prihoda and the user.
Email advertising with newsletter registration
If you register for our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to send you our e-mail newsletter regularly on the basis of your consent, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a AVG. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link included for this purpose in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or such use is legally permitted to us and we inform you about it in this statement.
4. Security measures
Prihoda has developed technically and organisationally appropriate security measures to avoid the destruction, loss, falsification, alteration, unauthorised access or erroneous communication to third parties of personal data collected, as well as any other unauthorised processing of this data.
Under no circumstances can Prihoda be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an erroneous or unlawful use by a third party of your personal data. You must at all times comply with security regulations, including preventing any unauthorised access to your login and code. You are solely responsible for the use made from the website of your computer, IP address and of your identification data, as well as for their confidentiality.
5. Rights of data subjects
In accordance with Art. 15 AVG, you have the right to learn about your personal data at any time, free of charge, as well as Prihoda's use of your personal data.
5.1 Right of rectification, deletion and restriction (Art. 16 / 17 / 18 AVG)
You are free to communicate or not your personal data to Prihoda. In addition, you are always entitled to request Prihoda to correct, supplement or delete your personal data. You acknowledge that by refusing to communicate or request the removal of personal data, certain services may not be available. You may also request to restrict the processing of your personal data.
5.2 Right of objection
You have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. In addition, you always have the right to oppose the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes; in such case, you do not even have to provide reasons.
5.3 Right of free data transfer (Art. 20 AVG)
You have the right to obtain your personal data provided by you to Prihoda in a structured, common and machine-readable form and/or to have it transferred to other responsible parties.
5.4 Right to withdraw consent
To the extent that the processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.
5.5 Exercise of your rights
You may exercise your rights by contacting Prihoda to that effect, either by e-mail to gdpr@prihoda.pro, by post to 8520 Kuurne, Pieter Verhaeghestraat 20 or by using the "Contact us" contact form on the website, subject to enclosing a copy of your identity card.
5.6 Automatic decisions and profiling
The processing of your personal data does not involve profiling, nor will Prihoda subject you to automated decisions.
5.7 Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 AVG)
