Padel Ciney
The Padel club of Ciney, in Namur, has 2 indoor courts. To provide the athletes here with the perfect ventilation and temperature, the padel club chose Prihoda textile ducts.
Innovative HVAC solution with Prihoda textile ducts
In this project, we supplied a fully customised system for an optimal indoor climate. Two air ducts of 20 metres each were carefully positioned side by side to provide both heating and cooling, with a specific focus on comfort and aesthetics. Key specifications of the system: The ventilation system is designed with separate discharge directions per channel: the left channel blows out on the left and the right channel blows out on the right. This creates a separate air flow that ensures an even distribution of air in the room. Each channel delivers a flow rate of 3,800 m³/h, allowing for optimal air movement. With a diameter of 500 Pa and an operating pressure of 100 Pa (maximum 150 Pa available), the airflow remains stable even at higher capacities.

Diffusion technology: flexibility in air distribution
To precisely tailor air distribution to the needs of the room, three different diffusion technologies are used:
1. Nozzles - These are designed for the far throw of warm air and are powerful enough to send warm air downwards.
2. Perforations - Ideal for a medium throw that spreads air evenly throughout the room.
3. Microperforations - Specifically for cooling and displacement, aiming for gentle and efficient air movement in the room.
Aesthetics and branding
In addition to the technical performance, we have paid attention to the visual impact of the system. The air ducts are fully personalised with nine logos per duct, divided between three brands: Toshiba, Intercool and Florian Evrard. The semi-circular form rings and fixtures in the profile give the system a sleek and professional look. In addition, a specially designed office design end ensures a seamless finish.
Textile elements: Uniformity and noise reduction
The choice of textile plays an important role in this project. Integrating a textile plenum creates a uniform look that matches the rest of the interior. This plenum also provides effective attenuation of flow noise, making the installation excellent for environments where focus is important, such as sports and training rooms.
Suspension systems and customisation
The system is easy to install thanks to a reinforced strip and rail system. The channels are precisely cut to fit the room perfectly. Thanks to this customised solution, the installation blends seamlessly with the architecture of the building. The fabric used, made of the high-quality PMS standard fabric with a 20-year guarantee, is easy to clean and dismantle if needed, maximising ease of maintenance.
Advantages of this Solution
- Comfort - Fully personalised air distribution and discharge, tailored to the user's needs.
- Noise reduction - Ideal for athletes and other users who want to work concentrated in a quiet environment.
- Easy installation - The user-friendly rail system saves time during installation.
- Aesthetic and affordable - A strikingly beautiful result without high costs.
- Easy maintenance - The textile can be easily cleaned or replaced.
With this project, we offer a total solution for optimal indoor climate and stylish furnishing that perfectly meets modern requirements for comfort, design and functionality.
